WEBINAR: Friday, February 14 @ 12 PM ET | 9 AM PT
Customer Spotlight: America's Black Holocaust Museum
In honor of Black History Month, join us for a webinar featuring Bloomerang customer, America’s Black Holocaust Museum (ABHM). Founded by lynching survivor, Dr. James Cameron, ABHM has spent decades educating both in-person and online visitors about Black history, from pre-captivity in Africa to the present day.
In this webinar, led by ABHM’s education department, attendees will learn about Dr. Cameron’s journey and how fundraising with Bloomerang helped the museum reopen their doors in a physical location after a 14-year hiatus. Inspired by the Yad Vashem Jewish Holocaust Memorial Museum, Dr. Cameron and his successors at ABHM have devoted their lives to helping Americans honestly acknowledge our past so we can have a more equitable future.
Learning Objectives:
• Learn about ABHM’s mission and the importance of education during Black History Month and beyond
• Hear how ABHM has inspired volunteers, donors, students, and the surrounding community to get involved
• Discover how ABHM used Bloomerang to support their fundraising efforts and reopen their physical museum
This webinar will be recorded for future viewing. If you can’t make it, go ahead and register anyway. You’ll receive the recording a little later.
> THIS WEBINAR WILL BE LIMITED TO 1,000 LIVE ATTENDEES <
