Speaker Sean Kosofsky, MPA
Sean Kosofsky is the Nonprofit Fixer! He is a coach, consultant, trainer, and strategic advisor. For the past 30+ years, he has helped causes, campaigns and candidates raise millions of dollars and transformed nonprofit organizations and leaders. He has served in a wide variety of roles in nonprofits, including policy, communications, development, grassroots organizing, direct service, board leadership, and five stints as an executive director. His work and advice has been featured by AFP, Candid, Idealware, Bloomerang, TechSoup, Wild Apricot, Funding for Good, Pamela Grow’s Motivate Mondays, and more. He is an author and the owner of Mind the Gap Consulting, which offers coaching and consulting services for executive directors, boards, and fundraisers, as well as a suite of online training courses. Speaker David Snow
David is a Senior Consultant at Lighthouse Counsel. He brings more than four decades of experience in executive and development leadership in healthcare, education and social services.
Most recently, David served as chief development officer of the YMCA of Greater Houston for 10 years, doubling its annual campaign to nearly $8million, significantly growing the endowment and leading $50 million in capital campaigns. He previously led institutional advancement at The Dominican Campus in Nashville, Tennessee, where he led three successful capital campaigns to fund campus expansions.
Prior to development, David was a healthcare executive for more than 20years, during which time he was involved as a volunteer on a number of nonprofit boards and deeply involved in their fundraising efforts.
David currently serves on the board of John Paul II Preparatory School, and various committees for Aquinas College, Diocese of Nashville, and YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, Black Mountain, NC.
Sabrina is a certified consultant, coach, facilitator, & bestselling author that helps nonprofits and small businesses build relationships that increase revenue. She has over 25 years of experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, and leadership. Among Sabrina’s successes is that she increased operation revenue from $750K to $2.5M and completed a $12M comprehensive capital campaign in the 3rd poorest county in the United States. She has facilitated numerous workshops with hundreds of nonprofit and business professionals. Sabrina is certified in Nonprofit Management by Harvard Business School. She is an active community leader and volunteer in Edinburg, Texas where she is based.
Host Kate Kramer
Kate Kramer has over 15 years of development and marketing experience. As the Partner Marketing Manager at Bloomerang, she continues to support organizations that are mission-driven and that positively impact the world. In her previous role as Foundation Manager for the VRMC Foundation, she managed the annual giving programs, including special events and mailing appeals, assisted and oversaw the annual budget and marketing plans, and managed a major gift donor portfolio of over 150 donors.
