The Charlottesville Free Clinic provides free medical and dental care and free prescriptions for working uninsured and under-insured adults in the greater Charlottesville community.
Challenge
Charlottesville Free Clinic was looking for a reliable donor management system that could give them insights into their donor data and history. Accurate record-keeping and managing donor relationships were a struggle. “We have been using Bloomerang since I started. We originally chose Bloomerang because we lacked insight in donor history and were missing upcoming deadlines for various grants,” said Willa Barnhardt, Marketing & Communications Manager at Charlottesville Free Clinic.
