Meet Scott Moran – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Scott has an eclectic background with a unique blend of music, media, and technology. Before joining Bloomerang, Scott was a Media Manager for Figure Collections, a freelance content writer, a Sound Technician for the Neidhammer and Old National Centre, and a Worship & Arts Director for New Circle Church where he assisted with volunteer coordination and training.
As a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, he enjoys putting his technical and communications background to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time he enjoys riding his bike around town with his wife and hanging out with his dog, Rocko.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Purdue University. He also has a Technical Certificate in Web Application Development from Ivy Tech Community College.
