Meet Anita Mendis – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Anita was an educator for the past twelve years. She was passionate about empowering young girls and boys to solve problems in their lives and in their communities using technology in meaningful ways. She has volunteered for the Friends of the White River and as a school commission board member. She now uses her passion and teaching experiences on our Customer Support Team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, Anita enjoys assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, teaching them best fundraising practices, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In her free time, she likes to spend time with family, bake, hike, read, and try new things.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from The Ohio State University and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Earlham College.
