The Indiana Kiwanis Foundation works alongside the Indiana District of Kiwanis to provide financial support for both district-wide and individual club programs and projects.
The challenge
KFI was struggling with their previous system. “It was not easy to use so we were looking to find a more user-friendly database,” said Taylor Jacoby, Operations Manager at KFI.
The solution
Bloomerang was implemented with a custom conversion from the old system.
“We use Bloomerang to track our donations, run letters, keep membership records, enter in attendances, run reports, and generate letters.
The conversion from our old database was simple because they came to our office to help and walked us through everything. After they left they were readily available via phone, chat, or email and were very responsive.”
The results
With Bloomerang, KFI is now keeping their membership records clean and tidy, while increasing productivity.
“We get a lot more done since we switched. It has saved us so much time! The letters are so easy and the ‘export to excel’ button for running reports is helpful.
