The challenge

Before Bloomerang, IWS Family Health faced challenges with its former system. Director of Grants, Elisa Revello, described it as “convoluted and difficult to navigate,” often necessitating external assistance and a significant amount of time. The solution

In search of a more streamlined and user-friendly system, IWS Family Health switched to Bloomerang. The results

“Using Bloomerang, I’ve been able to cut the time it takes to manage constituents, enter donations, run reports, and perform reconciliations by at least 30%,” reported Revello.

This efficiency gain was not just about saving time but also about enhancing the quality of information. “Bloomerang has helped us to significantly improve data accuracy and transparency,” said Revello. “It’s much easier now to identify duplicates and make sure that donor information is up to date.“

Bloomerang also played a role in helping to increase the organization’s donations. “This 15% increase in donations through Bloomerang has set a new benchmark for us, one we’re committed to meeting or exceeding annually,” shared Revello.

What’s next?

IWS Family Health plans to take advantage of additional Bloomerang capabilities in the future. Revello wants to explore features like text-to-give and other payment options to enhance donor convenience. “We know we’re just scratching the surface, and we’re planning to take even greater advantage of Bloomerang to inform our strategies and successes,” Revello stated. As the organization grows, Bloomerang’s scalable solutions and continuous improvements align well with IWS Family Health’s evolving needs, promising a future of efficient and effective donor management.
