Family Promise of Skagit Valley Washington State
“Hi, I’m Audrea from Family Promises Skagit, and this is Tami and we just wanted to talk to you a little bit about Bloomerang. You know, when I started as the director and over the years, we realized we had a lot of different softwares that were doing a lot of different things and they didn’t always communicate well and it was really hard to learn all the different systems.”
[Tami] “So I was in charge of implementation and I am the donor steward person, finance manager. The implementation [of Bloomerang] was fantastic. Bloomerang step by step, walked us through every step, told us every what to expect every week, every month. And it went so smoothly, I was so pleased with it. Now that we’re using it, I love the integrations between Qqiv and our donor page and that brings it over into Bloomerang, which then syncs with our Quickbooks and it just flows so easily that we’re able to communicate better with our donors, we’re able to track things and the reports are amazingly easy to use and very robust, I’m so happy with the whole system.”
[Audrea] “And Qgiv, how amazing is that too? Our event tickets were able to be done through Bloomerang, we didn’t have to have other people operating this, we had full control of it. And I think one of the most important things when you’re learning this software is the training. How do people treat you? How do they answer those silly questions you have at silly hours? And they are amazing with their customer service.”

“Hi, I’m Millie, I’m with the Board of Directors for Family Promises Skagit Valley in Washington State. I am here at the Family Promise National Conference and I just attended a Bloomerang session. We as an agency use Bloomerang and now we want to expand into using Bloomerang for our volunteer database. I’m really excited after being in the session to know how easy it’s gonna be to have that access to the information we need about our volunteers as well as our donors. And as a board, I think it will enhance us, and we have now got a connection with the Bloomerang staff that will help us be better at what we do. And I just want to say thank you to Bloomerang for being available to us.”
