The Boys & Girls Clubs of Indianapolis has been operating for over 120 years as a safe place to learn, grow and play. They now serve over 8,000 youth in some of the most challenged neighborhoods in Indy.
Michelle Foley, Donor Communications Manager, described BGCI’s previous donor database as “clunky and complicated.” She struggled to effectively communicate to her donors, and because the user experience of their previous software was poor, it was difficult for her to jump right in and start using the system as a new employee.
Since implementing Bloomerang, Michelle now has total mastery over her donor communications. They now use Bloomerang for the overall process of communicating with their donors, including email newsletters and email solicitations.
