Dr. Steve Robertson is an experienced nonprofit leader and leadership development expert, trainer, and coach. Steve has been leading leadership development programs for more than 14 years and served as the Chief People Officer (CHRO), executive team member, and board member at Idaho Youth Ranch. Steve also led leadership development and coaching programs for Idaho's largest nonprofit healthcare system, and taught leadership in Boise State University's MBA program. Steve is passionate about helping leaders in the nonprofit sector increase their confidence and capability to lead thriving teams that serve their mission, causes, and community in a sustainable way.

Host Kate Kramer

Kate Kramer has over 15 years of development and marketing experience. As the Partner Marketing Manager at Bloomerang, she continues to support organizations that are mission-driven and that positively impact the world. In her previous role as Foundation Manager for the VRMC Foundation, she managed the annual giving programs, including special events and mailing appeals, assisted and oversaw the annual budget and marketing plans, and managed a major gift donor portfolio of over 150 donors.
