Overview
A comprehensive annual calendar is one of the most critical tools for the successful and agile execution of your fundraising strategy. The end of the year is a perfect time to reflect, revisit the lessons you learned from 2023, and prepare to apply the wisdom you have gained. You’ll wish you had taken the time once January arrives!
Learning Objectives:
- Gain strategies for building a comprehensive calendar that allows for agility and efficacy on the fundraising team.
- Translate their 2024 revenue strategy into tangible action steps.

Speaker Rachel Wyley
Rachel Wyley began her nonprofit career as a Teaching Fellow in East Oakland and concluded it as the Executive Director of a health equity-focused nonprofit. She is the Founder of Culture Kinesis, a coaching firm that does the work of cultural reimagination by creating containers in which individuals and organizations can (re)build intentional community, engage in critical unlearning, embrace radical re-education, and then, reimagine a racially equitable future.
As a fundraising leader, she dislodged revenue practices that relied on status quo donor archetypes, installed equity and inclusion as key fixtures of board culture, tripled representation of board members of color, and secured the largest gift in the recent history of her region (due to her authenticity and candor with funders).
She is above all an artist - and understands creativity to be the solution to racial inequity, not simply its mirror or megaphone.
Host Ann Fellman
As the CMO for Bloomerang, Ann is responsible for the company's marketing and thought leadership programs to strengthen relationships with the nonprofit community. Ann brings more than 24 years of technology marketing experience, including time at the Minnesota High Tech Association. Prior to Bloomerang, Ann was an independent marketing consultant for B2B SaaS businesses, served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Code42, and was named one of the “Top Women Leaders in SaaS of 2018.”
