“Hi, my name is Faith Dixon and I am the program and operations manager at the Mental Health Coalition of Teton Valley. And we’re a relatively new nonprofit. And so we knew that we needed to get some systems in place. And a donor management software was gonna be one of the key tools for us to stay organized.
I researched a whole lot of different programs and Softwares and ultimately decided on Bloomerang for a couple of reasons. One, they made it really, really easy to get started. I didn’t feel like I had to spend thousands of dollars to test out the software. We could grow at our own pace. So as our donor base grows, the levels increase very slowly. So we’re not tied into a huge package for a small number of donors.
And then probably my favorite thing about Bloomerang is the customer service experience. Every time I’ve had a question, the team gets back to me really quickly in a lot of detail. I’ve never had a problem following their instructions and getting the results I wanted and I’m just really grateful for their support and for the product”
