Being able to connect with your donors on the go and in person will set your nonprofit up for success. With the Bloomerang Mobile App, now available for both Android and iOS users, you can easily connect with your donors when you’re on the go.

Updates to iOS
In the coming weeks, you’ll see some updates to the iOS app that will improve your mobile experience. The new version will also have a fresh, modern look that feels similar to the desktop version of Bloomerang.
You’ll find the Quick Contacts feature at the bottom of the screen, which will allow you to more quickly reach out to your donors.
The payment flow for credit card swipers will also be updated. We are streamlining the process of setting up credit card swipers so it will only have to be done once per session. Instead of having to reconnect your credit card swiper during each session, you’ll now only have to set up your swiper once.
New to Android
Android users will now be able to favorite donors. Favorited profiles will appear in the search field, making it easy to access their profiles within the app.
You’ll now also see reminders that prompt you to call first time donors. You’ll be able to view a list of these donors and call them directly from the app to thank them for their gift.
What's to come
You’ll have access to new-to-mobile features, such as the Dashboard Summary. Use this feature to view your donor retention rate, amount raised, campaign progress, and donor calls.

Taking what we’ve learned from customer feedback, Bloomerang’s mobile development team continues optimize features that have the greatest impact for donor management.
The updated version of the Bloomerang app will be released on November 9th, 2022.
You’ll receive an in-app notification when you log into your Bloomerang database when you can download this version.
