Blossom Puamohala Johnston is on a mission to strategically disrupt the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors for the better, bringing as many as possible with her. She has shaped policy on children and families, spearheaded nationally recognized initiatives at the J.A. & Kathryn Albertson Foundation, and launched Idaho Partners for Good (IP4G) to transform philanthropic impact. With experience working with 1,000+ nonprofits across Idaho and beyond, she’s embedding equity, end-user focus, and systems thinking into the work of IP4G. Blossom is a proud wife, mom, grandma, Kanaka Maoli and one of twelve siblings.
