Meet Lynn Holliday – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang

Lynn has spent over 25 years in the nonprofit, nonprofit software, and support and customer service industries before joining Bloomerang as a Customer Support Specialist (a good blend of her previous experience). Prior to Bloomerang, Lynn’s nonprofit experience came from her time as an Administrative Assistant/Database Administrator at Children’s Bureau and as a Gift and System Administrator at Marian University Indianapolis. Her nonprofit software and customer service experience stems from the more than 20 years she spent as a Senior Consultant for Blackbaud and as a Customer Service Representative for Master Software Corporation.

As a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, she enjoys putting her customer service, donor database, and nonprofit knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In her free time she enjoys snow skiing, camping, gardening, reading, and spending time with her family and dog, Roxie.

Lynn attended Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.
