Account Associate (actively seeking)

An Account Associate reports to the Chief Engagement Officer and is expected to steward qualifying nonprofits towards a purchase/sign-up of Bloomerang Grow or Lite. Our commission structure is competitive and no cold-calling will be required/expected. A strong online presence is a plus.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Build relationships with new prospects
  • Perform needs analyses with nonprofits looking for technology solutions
  • Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of the Bloomerang software
  • Prepare and present sales contracts
  • Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

The position is PT and/or FT based on current need and your availability. Entry level candidates will be considered!

The position is based out of Indianapolis, IN and remote candidates will not be considered.
