1. When and where is the conference?

GiveCon will be held May 17-20, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch.

2. Do I have to be a Bloomerang customer to attend?

All nonprofit professionals are welcome! You don’t have to be a Bloomerang customer. If you want to learn how to be a better nonprofit professional, this conference is for you. Nonprofit consultants are welcome to attend, as well!

3. Will the conference only have Bloomerang-focused sessions?

No! We’re including something for everyone! There will be nonprofit-related sessions and Bloomerang-focused trainings.

1. What does the ticket price include?

Your registration includes admission to the conference, admission to networking and social events, and meals throughout the day. It does not include your hotel or any travel costs.

2. What meals are included in my registration?

Meals included in your registration are breakfast and lunch Monday through Wednesday, a buffet at the pre-conference reception on Sunday, and a dinner on Tuesday night.

3. Can I register for just one day of the conference?

No. Registration fees include the full conference. There is no single-day option.

4. I need to change the name on my registration. Can I do that?

Yes! Please email [email protected] and include the current registration name and the contact information for the person you want to transfer to. Request must be made by the person the registration is currently made for.

5. Do you have a letter of intent that I can submit to my boss?

6. How do I register and schedule my 1:1 client meeting?

7. What can I expect from a 1:1 meeting if I schedule one?

It’s totally up to you! Our team can help you with anything and everything Bloomerang!

8. What is GiveCon Precon?

PreCon is hosted on Sunday, May 17 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m as a Bloomerang pre-conference day packed with hands-on learning and expert guidance. Attendees will roll up your sleeves and dive into your most pressing nonprofit challenges. Whether you're eager to get into the system and fine-tune your Bloomerang workflows, or want to workshop real-life scenarios with peers and trainers, PreCon Day this is your chance to go deep. You'll walk away with practical solutions, new connections, and the confidence to make immediate improvements back at your organization.

9. What’s included in the PreCon registration fee?

Your registration includes admission to PreCon on May 17 and meals during the day. It does not include your hotel or any travel costs.

10. Is there a multi-attendee discount?

Yes! We are offering groups of 3 (or more!) the option to get tickets at $700/pp through January 31, 2026.

2. Which airport is closest to the conference site?

St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) is approximately 14 miles away.

3. How much is parking?

Valet parking is at a discounted rate of $40 with in/out privileges.

5. Is St. Louis safe to visit?

Absolutely! We understand your concern, and it's a common question for any urban area. St. Louis has seen a significant decrease in crime over the last ten years, with nearly a 50% decline. The St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department is very proactive in ensuring the safety of both residents and visitors by focusing their efforts on areas where crime might be a concern. As with any city, we always advise our attendees to be aware of their surroundings and take standard urban precautions.

1. Where do I go to check in?

Check-in will be at the front desk of the GiveCon area. Directional signage will be placed throughout the hotel to guide you.

3. Will there be opportunities to network with other attendees?

Yes, there will be multiple networking events. You can also connect and chat with attendees through the official conference app.

4. Do I need to bring my laptop?

To get the most out of conference and have the ability to follow along in product training sessions, we recommend that you bring your laptop.

5. What is the conference attire?

Business casual. We recommend bringing a sweater or jacket just in case the session rooms are chilly.

6. Will there be Wi-Fi available on site?

Yes!

8. What services are available for special needs and requests?

9. How do I receive my CFRE credits?

There will be an education tracker for attendees to use to track the CFRE credits they’ve earned at the conference. You may use this to enter in your points into your CFRE application.

Bloomerang incurs significant expenses before the event. Therefore, we must maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

  • No cancellations will be accepted more than 60 days past the purchase date.
  • No-shows will not be refunded for any reason. No exceptions.
  • We do not give credit toward future conferences.
  • Registrations are fully transferable. To transfer a registration, email us with the following information about the new attendee: name, email address, job title, organization, and city & state of residence.
  • Bloomerang reserves the right to refuse service.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing through email. All registration refunds will be processed by April 17, 2026.
