Donor care is usually assigned to the development team and executive director. What if the board was supportive too? Beyond writing thank you notes, what can the board do? Board involvement not only leads to donors feeling essential and aligned with the organization, but it also helps the board with fundraising and donor stewardship. This creates a win-win situation for donors, boards, and the organization.   Learning Objectives:
• Bringing the board into stewardship
• Donor care at events by the board
• Selection of donors for impact
• Board involvement increases fundraising
