Building Strong Relationships Through Soft Credits

I’ll show you how to enter the donation and soft credit and set up a letter template to thank the institution and the donor who requested the gift. Before opening her consulting business, Amy held development and management roles at a nonprofit science museum, cancer care center, community foundation, and political campaign. She has also served on the boards and in leadership roles for many nonprofit organizations. She holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
