Through Brackets for Good, you’ve likely generated many first-time donors to your cause. You’ve also given past donors a new and fun way to engage with your organization. But did you know that, on average, about 30% of first-time donors will never give again, while most nonprofit struggle to retain 40% of their donors overall.

During this Brackets for Good Off-Season Training Event, we’ll take a deep-dive into the nonprofit sector’s donor retention issue, and uncover simple strategies for stewarding your donors to give again. You’ll learn how to formulate a retention strategy for donors through personalized gift acknowledgement, communications segmenting and proper data management.
