Bloomerang has been honored as one of the 100 best places to work in the state of Indiana by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.

This was the third year that Bloomerang applied and the third year we were honored. A total of 200 companies applied to the program this year.

Organizations on this year’s list that have displayed sustained excellence during the program’s 13-year history receive additional recognition. These top companies in the state were determined through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. The Best Companies Group, which handled the selection process, oversees similar programs in 29 other states.

“Every company on this list understands the positive business impact of making employees feel valued” says Indiana Chamber President Kevin Brinegar. “We are pleased to recognize them for such model work environments.”

All companies that participated in the 2018 Best Places to Work program receive an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to their employees. In turn, this report can be used in developing or enhancing employee retention and recruitment programs.

“We know that the first step towards making our customers successful is making sure our employees are happy, productive, and fulfilled each and every day they come to work” says Bloomerang CEO Ross Hendrickson. “We tie the success of our business objectives directly to the validation we receive from our Best Places rankings year after year.”
