Elisa Kosarin, CVA is a nonprofit specialist with 20+ years of experience in volunteer management, marketing, and development. Her work is driven by the underlying belief that volunteers have the power to create lasting, significant impact within communities – if they are engaged by organizations that know how to properly support and cultivate volunteers. Through her business, Twenty Hats, Elisa coaches, trains, and consults with volunteer managers and nonprofit organizations on volunteer management best practices.
