Meet William Tanner – Senior Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, William was a Phone Representative with ProctorU, helping students and instructors schedule exams, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Now as a Senior Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, he enjoys putting his technical knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time he enjoys watching hockey, playing video games, and cooking.
