Meet Tim McCabe – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang’s Customer Support team, Tim spent a lot of time working one-on-one with customers. He worked at a local bank as a Relationship Banker, processing basic teller transactions as well as creating new accounts for customers, setting them up with debit and credit cards, and processing loans.
As a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, he enjoys putting his customer service and relationship management skills to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time he enjoys creating video game engines and art, learning a bit of 3D Animation, dabbling in music, and drawing.
