Meet Neely Shah – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Neely worked as a Library Clerk at a local library branch in Florida and volunteered as a Market Researcher for a technology company. Before moving to Indianapolis and joining our customer support team, Neely spent several months volunteering at the Mayo Clinic as a Transportation Volunteer. She assisted hospital staff with lab work and transporting incoming and outgoing patients. While there, she also provided excellent service to patients in order to help them feel more comfortable, and aided staff in keeping waiting rooms in the best shape.
Previously a member of Bloomerang’s Support Team, Neely now puts her rich product and nonprofit knowledge to good use by ensuring the quality and success of the Bloomerang software and, subsequently, our nonprofit customers as a QA Analyst. In her free time she enjoys reading, learning languages, and binge watching the TV show, Bob’s Burgers.
Neely holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of North Florida.
