Meet Megan Collins – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Megan came from a background in retail and customer service working in theme park merchandise at Walt Disney World, and as the Concierge at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. With her background in customer service, Megan was excited for a role at Bloomerang where she could continue to help others. In addition to her work experience, Megan also spends every summer volunteering at RTX, an animation, gaming, and entertainment event in Austin, TX, where she has worked her way up to a deputy squad lead for the security team.
Now on our Customer Support Team, Megan enjoys assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In her free time, she enjoys playing video games, writing sci-fi/fantasy stories, and hanging out with her cat, Tegan.
