Meet Lauren Durr – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Lauren was a consultant doing freelance video production and photography for a year. Prior to that, she was very involved in groups and activities when she attended Purdue University as a student, was a Service Learning Intern for the university, and even received a Certificate of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
Now as a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, Lauren enjoys assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In her free time, Lauren enjoys traveling, listening to music, rewatching episodes of The Office, and attending live musical performances.
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, with a minor in Psychology.
