Meet Joy Pfingston – Customer Billing Representative at Bloomerang
Joy came to Bloomerang with over 20 years of experience delivering excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Before joining our team she was the MPSC Account Manager at Paychex, the Contact Center Supervisor at Indiana Blood Center, the Contact Center Manager at Covance, the Operations Manager at Lowe’s Contact Center, and a Senior Customer Service Manager at Anthem, Inc. — among other things. When she found Bloomerang, Joy was excited to continue working in a customer facing role with a close knit team.
Now as our first Customer Billing Representative, Joy leverages her nonprofit and customer service background to keep our nonprofit customers’ accounts in order, and address billing questions in a timely manner. In her free time Joy loves spending time with her family and her three cats, Max, Mia, and Miata.
Joy holds an Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Southern Indiana.
