Meet Joshua Clark – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Josh spent four years in the Navy, and gained valuable nonprofit experience at previous jobs and volunteer opportunities. Josh was a Veteran Service Officer at American Legion Department of Indiana, a Health Navigator at ASPIN, a Research Assistant at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and a Learning Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of America — among other things. In addition to his work experience, Josh also volunteered as a Reading Coach for Indy Reads where he tutored two students from Sudan on how to read and write in English.
Now as a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, Josh enjoys putting his eclectic nonprofit knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time Josh enjoys exploring Indianapolis, reading books and blog posts related to mental health, and spending time with his cat, Gary.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.
