Meet Jon Coleman – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang

Before joining Bloomerang, Jon spent three and a half years gaining valuable nonprofit and technical experience as an Associate Web Developer for Kiwanis International. Prior to that Jon received customer support experience as an Associate at Green BEAN Delivery. In addition to his work experience, Jon took courses for a JavaScript Development bootcamp from General Assembly, an educational institution focused on technology related jobs.  

As a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, he enjoys putting his nonprofit and technical knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time Jon enjoys hiking and backpacking, playing board games and video games, and reading sci-fi and fantasy novels.

Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Political Science, and a Certificate in Computer Science from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.
