Meet Jenna Rutherford – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Jenna spent years working in various client success, customer support, and relationship building roles. She was a Marketing and Events Leader for Circle City Kombucha and an Association Coordinator for Mattison Corporation. Outside of volunteering as the Vice President of the MSU Alumni of Greater Indianapolis chapter for several years, Jenna also gained nonprofit experience working as an External Event Coordinator for Ivy Tech Community College. While there she executed an average of 22 events a month, managed volunteers, and maintained relationships with existing clients.
Now as a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, she enjoys putting her nonprofit knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. Jenna is a dog mom who enjoys watching TV, cooking, doing yoga, and traveling to concerts and sporting events in her free time.
Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts and Letters degree in Hospitality Business and Communication with a Specialization in Public Relations from Michigan State University.
