Meet Jazmine Kempin – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Jazmine has over 5 years of experience in providing superior customer service. Before joining Bloomerang, she was a Member Services Specialist at Angie’s List, where she resolved an average of 250 customer inquiries per week. She is also Co-creator and editor for Face A Face Collective, an online arts and news publication that focuses on elevating black, brown and marginalized voices in Indianapolis.
As a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, she enjoys putting her customer service knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In her free time she enjoys volunteering, creating collages, practicing mandolin, and tapping into her inner foodie by trying new restaurants.
Jazmine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications from Ball State University.
