Meet Jason Oliver – Director, Customer Support at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Jason spent over six years working in training, support, or HR for software and nonprofit technology companies. He was a Technology Support Representative for Fifth Gear, the HR Specialist and Internal Training Coordinator for Blackbaud, and a Customer Support Analyst for eTapestry.
Jason has been with Bloomerang since the beginning. As Director of Customer Support, he enjoys putting his technical knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He oversees the efficiency and processes of our Customer Support team to ensure that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time, Jason enjoys going to concerts with his wife, Susan, collecting vinyl records, frequenting local restaurants and breweries, and following Notre Dame football and basketball. He has a minor obsession with the TV show Twin Peaks.
He also volunteers his time with local nonprofit organizations Arts for Learning and TechPoint Foundation for Youth.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis.
