Meet Janise Gray – Conversion Project Manager at Bloomerang
Janise has spent over 20 years in the nonprofit world (and over three years as a Bloomerang customer) before joining our team as a Conversion Project Manager. Before joining Bloomerang, Janise was the Director of Grant Recipient Services for the Equestrian Aid Foundation for 20 years. Throughout her time at the Equestrian Aid Foundation, Janise has served in all these roles: Board Member, Director of Grant Recipient Services, and Database Manager. She’s also chipped in with fundraising, event planning, administration, finances, and compliance. She’s done previous fundraising and database management work with Danny & Ron’s Rescue and Hunterdon County Therapeutic Riding Program. She is currently working with Angel Heart Farm assisting with fundraising, grant writing, and database implementation.
Now as a Conversion Project Manager with Bloomerang, Janise puts her extensive nonprofit experience to good use by aiding new customers and setting them on the path to success with Bloomerang. She ensures that our nonprofit customers start off on the right foot to help increase their impact and further their mission — equine or otherwise. Janise is a lifelong equestrian and loves riding, competing, and instructing in dressage in her free time. She also enjoys reading, listening to classical and jazz music, and spending time with her husband and three dogs, Xena, Zoey, and Phoenix.
Janise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences from the University of Delaware.
