Meet Jacob Korb – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Jacob was a Physical Therapy Aide in a local Indianapolis Physical Therapy clinic, and a Barista at a West Lafayette nonprofit, Greyhouse Coffee & Supply Co. Jacob has also spent time volunteering with his church, as well as various nonprofits like Restored Inc. and Habitat for Humanity.
As a Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, he enjoys putting his nonprofit experience to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time he enjoys traveling, seeing movies, being active outside, spending time with his family, or just grabbing a cup of coffee with a friend.
Jacob holds a Bachelor’s degree from Purdue University.
