Meet Genisee Baird – Director of Customer Support at Bloomerang
Genisee comes to Bloomerang with a strong customer service, human services, and nonprofit background. Before joining our team she was a Family Counselor for Ireland Home Based Services, and an English Teacher at International Language School Cheonan in Korea. She’s also done Nursing Administration at Florida Hospital Tampa, was a Volunteer Services Coordinator at Metropolitan Ministries, and helped out as a Crisis Care Shelter Intern for The A21 Campaign.
Now at Bloomerang, Genisee puts her eclectic humanitarian and nonprofit experience to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. She ensures that our customer support team is equipped to help our nonprofit customers use their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In her free time she enjoys traveling the world with her husband, giving back to her community, and spending time with friends and family.
Genisee holds a Bachelor or Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Science from Ashford University, and a Master’s Degree in Human Services Counseling (Marriage and Family) from Liberty University.
