Meet Diana Cox – Conversion Project Manager at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Di spent over eight years gaining customer service, nonprofit, technology, and data management experience. She was a Stability Documentation Management Associate at Volt, a Senior Customer Support Analyst at Blackbaud, the Grants and Data Specialist at The Julian Center, a Development Associate for Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, and a Victim Advocate for Marion County Prosecutor’s Office. In addition to gaining donor database, data entry, grants management, and relationship building experience, Di learned how to resolve complex problems quickly and efficiently, making her a good fit for our Conversions and Implementation Department.
Now as a Conversion Project Manager with Bloomerang, Di puts her extensive nonprofit and data management experience to good use by aiding new customers and setting them on the path to success with Bloomerang. She ensures that our nonprofit customers start off on the right foot to help increase their impact and further their mission. Di is a member of the Indy Lightsaber Academy where she loves studying the Jedi Arts. In her free time she enjoys chasing after her daughter, Daisy, cuddling up with her three cats, reading anything and everything, and watching Jeopardy.
Di holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from Butler University.
