Meet Daniel Hattem – Senior Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang

Before joining Bloomerang, Daniel was a Computer Sales Associate and Apple Certified Repair Technician for Follett Higher Education Group. He also worked for Marin County Open Space by building and maintaining fire roads for seven years. To supplement his technical experience, Daniel has also served in and volunteered for a variety of passion pursuits throughout the years, such as: restoration and construction projects through Boy Scouts of America, fundraising and planning for Team 675 in the FIRST Robotics Competition, and Community outreach for Exchange Students at San Francisco State University. He’s also served as a Cultural Exchange and English Tutor through University of Oita, Japan.

As a Senior Customer Support Specialist with Bloomerang, he enjoys putting his technical knowledge to good use by assisting nonprofits with database-related questions, and walking them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time he enjoys playing video and board games, traveling and experiencing new cultures, and volunteering in his community.

Daniel holds an Associates’ degree from Santa Rosa Junior College, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Japanese Language and Literature from San Francisco State University.
