Meet Beth Adams – Sr. Business Development Representative at Bloomerang

Beth does a little bit of everything and always has a cup of coffee in hand. Before joining our team Beth was a Recruitment Consultant at Gannett DESC and a Reporter for Real Estate People. She also worked at Concordia Language Villages for three summers. It’s a total-immersion language camp based in northern Minnesota. She taught at the Japanese camp, Mori no Ike, but there are numerous camps now. Fun fact: her Japanese name was Kayo.

In her free time Beth started her biggest project: her food and culture blog, Worldly Rise. She started this project in 2012 as a way to teach her kids about the world, and because she had a theory that every country has its own bread. At the end of the project, Beth plans to compile her recipes with all of her amendments and publish it in a book.

Now with Bloomerang, she enjoys sharing her expertise with nonprofits to help them see the benefit of utilizing new software to increase their effectiveness and knowledge of fundraising best practices. In her free time, Beth loves spending time with her family and her cat, reading books for herself and her two kids, and being the Aesthetics and Financial Consultant to her husband’s custom car/airbrush graphics hobby. Beth also enjoyed volunteering for 10 years with the Youth Ambassadors Program for Indiana Partners of the Americas.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music (voice, piano, French horn, composition) from Indiana State University.
