Meet Austin Acel – Customer Success Manager at Bloomerang
Before joining the Bloomerang team, Austin gained ample people skills through several customer service and support related roles. He was a bartender, barista, Client Success Associate, and Leasing and Marketing Agent — among other roles. For his next role he knew he wanted to do something customer facing, but also meaningful. Enter Bloomerang. Now as a Customer Success Manager, Austin gets to do just that while putting his people skills and former nonprofit volunteer experience to good use. He now enjoys helping our nonprofit customers explore the ways they can maximize Bloomerang to impact their sustainability through data enhancement services.
In his free time Austin enjoys watching British period dramas with a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon, traveling to different countries, learning new languages, and spending time with his partner, Zach and sassy Dachshund, Schnitzel.
Austin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication from Ball State University. He also studied Global Leadership at Maynooth University and French Language and Literature from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
