Meet Alison Smith – Implementation Technical Services Lead at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Alison gained a lot of data analysis and customer service skills through various roles. Previously she was a Digital Analyst and Email Automation Coordinator at PERQ, a Retail Programs Coordinator at Unified Grocers, a Product Manager and Customer Service Manager at Chef Tools Network, and an Assistant Manager at Pasta & Co.
Now at Bloomerang, Alison enjoys furthering her service and people skills by aiding new customers and setting them on the path to success with Bloomerang. She ensures that our implementation team is prepared to help our nonprofit customers start off on the right foot to increase their impact and further their mission. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, sampling local craft beer, watching horror and sci-fi movies and TV shows, and listening to music.
Alison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communications from Eastern Washington University.
