Meet Alex Gurtcheff – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Alex worked for Sherwood Oaks Christian Church leading creative projects, creating videos, and producing live events, as well as doing similar work on the side and in a volunteer capacity. He loves to work where creativity, hard project management, and technical skills meet, which is why he’s such a good fit for our Customer Support Team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, Alex enjoys merging his experience to assist nonprofits with database-related questions, and walk them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time, he enjoys producing podcasts, going to baseball games, and playing and creating strategy games.
Alex holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and Religious Studies from Indiana University Bloomington.
