Meet Adam Whitford – Customer Support Specialist at Bloomerang
Before joining Bloomerang, Adam worked for Amazon’s publishing subsidiary, CreateSpace, as a customer support representative before moving between a couple other publishing businesses within the same building. In addition to his customer service experience, Adam has also spent several years volunteering on various Habitat for Humanity projects.
Now as a Customer Support Specialist, Adam enjoys merging his experience to assist nonprofits with database-related questions, and walk them through solutions in a friendly, professional, and consultative manner. He ensures that our nonprofit customers are using their data and the Bloomerang database in a way that will help them increase their mission’s impact. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, playing board games, and listening to music.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Purdue University.
